RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees, import tariffs, and broker’s fees.)
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested before sending the purchase back.
Lost or Delayed Shipments In the event that a package is delayed or suspected lost during transit to you, ArenaGear must receive official confirmation from the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) declaring the package as "officially lost" before a resolution can be reached. Once this status is confirmed, ArenaGear will, at its sole discretion, either issue a full refund for the cost of the product or ship a replacement. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or reshipments for items that are still marked as "in-transit" by the carrier.
All products must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging with all the accessories, packing, and manuals within 60 days of the original purchase date. ArenaGear reserves the right to charge a cleaning and/or repair fee for any items returned dirty or with any signs of wear such as scratches, dents, etc.
Refunds are credited back to customers’ original form of payment: Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards, PayPal or Apple Pay
